Mora

Mora logo

The town of Mora in Sweden has been a centre of knife making for many centuries. The naturally superior Swedish steel, combined with skilled craftsmanship, resulted in knives that became famous for their ability to hold a superior edge and sharpen easily.

The Frosts Blacksmiths were established in 1891 developed a basic functional style that became a classic, known simply as the “Mora Knife.”
TV bushcraft presenters such as Ray Mears recommend the Morakniv knives so there must be something good in them.

In fishing, sporting, hunting, survival, tradesman and the professional culinary industries, the knives are well known for their superior ability to cut, chop, clean and fillet.

Mora holds the name as a high quality manufacturer of knives from Sweden. Offering a mixture of bushcraft, tradesmen and carving, we would like to think that we have covered the main lines in our portfolio.
